Le mesh networking est un réseau dynamique sans centre dans lequel chaque utilisateur est également un noeud de connexion et de transmission. "L’idéal du mesh networking permettrait la propagation de réseaux de manière virale, chaque ajout d’utilisateur étendant sa portée et permettant d’ajouter de nouveaux utilisateurs et donc de nouvelles extensions. (..) De plus, ce modèle permet un déplacement de réseau très peu coûteux qui permettrait de produire des capacités de transmission très peu chères." (Rafi Haladjian, fondateur de la société Ozone) -
